- Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days from order confirmation.
- Delivery within Riyadh takes between 2-5 business days.
- Delivery to other cities and regions may take between 5-7 business days.
- Shipments may be delayed in rare cases due to unforeseen circumstances such as holidays, celebrations, or weather conditions.
3. Shipping Costs:

4. Shipment Tracking:
- After the order is shipped, an email or text message will be sent containing the shipment details and tracking number.
- The customer can track the shipment via the shipping company's website or through their account on the store's website.
5. Delivery Attempts:
-If the customer is not present at the specified address during delivery, the shipping company will attempt to redeliver twice. After that, the customer will be contacted to schedule a suitable time.
- If the shipment is not received during the specified attempts, the order may be returned to the warehouse, and the customer maybe required to pay for reshipping fees.
