Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Period:

- Customers have the right to request a return of products within 15 days from the date of receipt, without the option for exchange.


2. Return Conditions:

- The product must be in its original condition and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

- Products not eligible for return: underwear, socks, swimwear, and customized or modified products as per the customer’s request.


3. Shipping Costs:

- If the reason for the return is a defect in the product or an error in the order from the store, the store will cover all shipping costs.

4. Refunds:

- After receiving the product and verifying its condition, the amount paid will be refunded to the customer within 7-10 business days.

- Original shipping costs will be deducted if the return is based on the customer's desire.


5. Procedures:

- A return request can be made by contacting customer service via email or phone, mentioning the order number and product details.

- After approving the return request, instructions on how to return the product will be sent.


6. Damaged or defective products:- In case of receiving a damaged or defective product, customer service must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the order. The return process will be arranged, and a refund or a suitable alternative solution will be provided to the customer
